Payment Terms

All subscriptions are billed in USD. Prices are subject to applicable taxes including GST where required under Indian tax laws. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. We use Paddle as our payment processor and merchant of record.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase
• Technical issues that prevent service usage and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges
• Service not delivered as described in our service description
• For Daily Pass: Refund available if technical issues prevent usage on the purchased day

2. Refund Processing Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method through Paddle's payment system.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after the 7-day refund period
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions resulting in account termination
• Extensive use of the service beyond reasonable trial usage
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
• Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired

4. Refund Process

• Include your purchase details and reason for refund request
• We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
• Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle within 7 days

5. Partial Refunds

For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be prorated based on unused service time at our discretion.

Prohibited Uses

Enforcement

Payment Processing Terms

Paddle.com acts as our merchant of record for all transactions. This means:

• Paddle processes all payments and handles all payment-related customer service
• Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes including GST
• Your payment relationship is with Paddle, subject to their terms and conditions
• Paddle may retain your payment information for future billing cycles

Subscription Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. You authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees. Daily Pass purchases are one-time payments and do not auto-renew.

Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes including GST will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Tax rates and calculations are handled by Paddle in accordance with applicable tax laws including Indian GST regulations.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Paddle may attempt to retry the payment. Continued payment failures may result in service suspension until payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Daily Pass purchases cannot be cancelled as they are one-time payments.

all-in-one-ai-platform is an AI-powered application operated by AIN-HUB Private Limited that integrates multiple AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, and others to provide a unified, analyzed response. The Service allows users to interact with multiple AI models simultaneously for various purposes, including answering questions, content creation, research, and image generation.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the queries and content you input into all-in-one-ai-platform. You must ensure that all interactions with the Service comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Indian laws. all-in-one-ai-platform is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content generated by the Service.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

all-in-one-ai-platform provides AI-generated content, which may not always be accurate, reliable, or free of errors. The Service does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the AI-generated responses.

5. Third-Party Model Attribution and Terms

all-in-one-ai-platform does not own, control, or modify the third-party AI models or their responses. All outputs from the integrated models remain the intellectual property of the respective owners.

We do not claim ownership of the content or technology from these third-party models.

6. Third-Party Terms of Service Acceptance

By using all-in-one-ai-platform, you acknowledge and agree that your use of our service constitutes acceptance of the following third-party terms of service:

AIN-HUB Private Limited and its developers are not liable for any damage, loss, or harm caused by the use of AI-generated content, including:

• Misinformation or errors in AI responses
• Decisions or actions taken based on the AI responses
• Legal consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of data or content

The user agrees to use the Service at their own risk and understands that all-in-one-ai-platform makes no guarantees about the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the content generated.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any prohibited activities as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to:

• Illegal or unethical actions: Using all-in-one-ai-platform for illegal activities or to generate harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Infringing intellectual property rights: Using the Service to violate the intellectual property rights of others

11. Termination of Service

Termination may result in forfeiture of any unused subscription time without refund.
